Riding "Old Paint" in
the beautiful mountains of Colorado on a warm summer day is lot's of fun
!
Rafting on the "Arkansas
River" not far from our home.
I'm the one at bottom-center.
That's my Dad immediately to the left of the guide. The temperature
that day was in the 80's but the water was just above freezing !
Just after this pix was taken, I went for a swim (deliberately) and swam
along with the raft for a about 20 miles... well it seemed that way.
Actually it was a couple hundred yards or so.
I'm a student at Basalt High
School which is located just a few miles down valley from Aspen.
Besides riding and rafting I love to ride my mountain bike, go hiking and
camping in the mountains with my Dad. I'm 15 years old and I would
